Bon-Bon-Bock – Brouwerij Het Uiltje – 6,5%
The Dutch brewery Het Uiltje is known for the ingenious names that it gives to its beers and the funny labels that they stick to it. However, the beer itself tastes very good in most cases. In the time of the bock beers this brewery tries it with Bon-Bon-Bock. A bock beer with, as the name suggests, a soft, chocolate-like taste.
Öö XO (Cellar Series) – Põhjala – 11,5%

People who come from Bruges have to know this beer. And those who visit Bruges soon have to try these. This dark beer is a little bit spicy, but still has a full, smooth taste. With 8.5% alcohol, this is a perfect beer to drink at the stove. The beer is available in bottles of 0.33 l and 0.75 l bottles.
La Trappe Quadrupel Oak Aged – Bierbrouwerij de Koningshoeven – 11%

There are only a limited number of barrels brewed per year and the price is relatively high, but you will not find much better beer.
